rev:text	I work a lot. So I don't get to spend much time with my gal pal. One day, being the blessed angel that she is, offers to cook a four-course meal for me on Saturday night. So time comes for me to get off work and drive over to her house thinking "What a perfect evening I have in front of me!" So I arrive at her house and ring the doorbell. Took a while for her to answer the door, but you know women like to keep us men waitin'. Finally after I was about to give up home and start going after her mother she answers the door with her hand wrapped in gang-bang of Bounty paper towels clearly shaken. There is nothing but a trail of blood and broken glass to the door. She had dropped a 30 year old crystal platter to carry some of the food on and cut her hand something bad. I mean there was blood, broken glass and gourmet food everywhere. The only thing that kept going was "Boy that is going to suck having to clean all that up AND recooking me dinner with one hand. I'll be watching football while you do that." I'm joking, I'm joking I'll be watching King of the Hill. After I help her clean up and extract what glass I can from her, her mother (mentioned above) comes in the house clearly worried about my girlfriend getting blood on the carpet. I drive my girlfriend to good ol' John C Lincoln and try to sneak her in Mindy's Place. They weren't having any of it. So to the real ER we go. They saw my girlfriend promptly and we were there about a whole two hours. Not bad for a Saturday night. It would get five stars but I had to sit next to a shirtless guy with what looked like a screwdriver through his arm who I think had intentions of making me his bitch.
