  • First I will mention, I absolutely LOVE the RTW website. I have had nothing but amazing experiences. Wow, this store was a total disappointment. I am giving one star for it actually being open and having inventory and another star for the staff who were friendly enough. They didn't have any of the dresses I had loved on their website from Elizabeth and James, or Halston Heritage in this store. The girls were not very knowledgeable on their product. When asked if a dress came in another color by my co-worker, they said they did not know. Coming from a wholesale clothing background for one of the country's largest clothing lines, I know how important it is to know your product so you can make a sale. It can make all the difference. It could have been easy for them had they known that the dress in question did in fact come in navy. The store itself was rundown and dirty. I felt uncomfortable using the shoes in the dressing room and the carpets were disgusting. It came as a huge shock and disappointment that this store was a supposed extension of the RTW brand - the website is so clean, modern and easy to use. Don't waste your time going to this store, stick to using the website. Also, a recommendation would be to have iPads around the store so customers can browse photos and reviews of dresses they are interested in.
