  • Met with Dr. Vanucci - never again. I purchased some items at the office per her suggestion. The next morning I received an automated call saying my order was to be shipped. I didn't order anything! When I called to cancel the order I discovered that I was enrolled in an auto-order. Had to call another number to cancel that. They folks on the phone were polite and cancelled the orders. When I called the BodyLogic office the 'nurse' there told me that, and I quote, "must not have heard the doctor explain the order/auto order to me". Really? I then asked the 'nurse' to cancel my next phone appointment and asked her to send documentation that I had cancelled so I would not be charged. The 'nurse' stated that she would not do that and asked why I would want confirmation. I explained that I didn't order anything and was going to be charged for that so I wanted proof that I cancelled the appointment. The 'nurse' then said she was going to hang up on me. LOL The 'treatments' and products they have might be beneficial however it seems like a scam to me. Shameful. Do yourself a favor and go to another clinic/doctor.
