  • 6/13/2016 Came back in today to see if anything had improved customer service wise since my previous visit....I have avoided coming here for almost two years....This shop continues to offer some of the worst, most inattentive service ever. Employees looked at me, but didn't offer a greeting or their help. Just looks. When I did have a question about a fabric I got a short, curt answer. Ask if the pattern came separately from a kit? No, look for it online. WTF....Oh great idea! I'll do the same for my fabric!!! So much for second chances. Will NOT be back to Quiltique. The whole shopping center is marginal, no decent shops whatsoever. Even the bookstore is gone. No reason to stop here again. Sad.
