| - I don't normally shop at Marshalls, but do shop from time to time at Home Goods. So while I was in the area and needed to waste some time I decided to check this store out as I was looking for a few items and hadn't been lucky finding it in other stores. Since I know Homes Goods and Marshalls have a wide variety of everything, I was positive they would have what I needed.
To be honest, this store is overwhelming! Too much stuff in one area!! Felt like I was on a scavenger hunt for the few items I needed. Sadly, I went out of the store empty handed as they didn't have the items I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, they have tons and tons of great items at pretty good prices. I tend to be a shopper that goes into a store with a specific mission and I don't usually just browse around a store looking for things to buy. So, for me, this isn't the kind of store I'd probably come back to.
Other than this store being overflowing with so much stuff, it seemed like this store was really unorganized and messy. Sure, they have their distinctive departments, but in those departments, everything was just so unorganized and over packed on the shelves. I heard several times glass breaking and people dropping stuff! It's nice that they want to make sure there are lots to choose from, but not so much when you have to be super careful when passing stuff just in case you might bump something and break it. The walkways were very thin and hard to maneuver since they also had carts full of stuff needing to be put in their areas.
If you like to shop and have the patience to find that one great deal, then this is the store for you otherwise, probably not a good idea to come in here. Too much for the mind to process!
1 star for not having the items I needed
5 stars for having a huge variety of things to buy
3 stars for organization and how easy it was to find items
3 stars for customer service
