  • I had a terrible experience with another company. I called Watts Pest Prevention because I saw that they had good reviews on Yelp. I actually hung up right after it rang because I thought I'd better look around some more before I commit to something again. They pulled my number from caller ID and reached out to me within 2 minutes. The representative apologized and said she was on the phone and couldn't get to my call in time. It was sweet that she tried to take the blame for the missed call even though it was me who hung up. Speaking with Watts was night and day compared to the other company. They were extremely professional on the phone and explained the entire process and exactly what they would be doing. They were kind, courteous and very helpful. I felt completely comfortable working with them and I'm very excited for them to come out!
