  • I was very pleased with my experience here. First of all, I appreciate it when there is good customer service. The message for ELD says something to the effect of, "We will call you back within one hour if you leave a message," and THEY ACTUALLY DO. We were quoted a price for the entire job, and that was exactly what we paid for it -- and I appreciate also the fact that this was done *fast.* Within basically a day of saying, "Sure, I'd like my ugly and intractable lawn dug up with a vengeance," the guys brought their Bobcats and it was *gone* the next day. The entire job was completed very quickly. I appreciate the straightforward, no-nonsense, businesslike professionalism of these folks, and I'll be doing business with them again.
