  • Our 2 story house in Vegas has 2 A/C units and 2 outside air compressors. Downstairs air was working good but the upstairs unit wasn't working. Needless to say, it was relatively nice and cool downstairs but uncomfortably hot upstairs. We're not handy people so we decided to give YES a try. We were amazed that Don V. was sent out to our house within a matter of hours- arriving right on time on a Saturday. He was professional and respectful and did a thorough job evaluating our HVAC system. I have had poor experiences with other companies where they "tried" to fix a problem and end up tacking up the bill without fixing anything. Don checked everything out and concluded that our issue was needing an electrician, and not an HVAC service. While we didn't end up needing YES services, we were very grateful to have an evaluation done right. I would fully recommend calling YES if you have an A/C issue in the Vegas area. I had a very positive experience today and would not hesitate having them evaluate your issue.
