  • Scamming service department- READ ENTIRE REVIEW TO SEE HOW IT WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE-Took 08 caravan in because a/c wasn't cold. They had fixed this same issue a few months prior for the previous owners of the van but charged full price for repair. IT GETS WORSE. We then get a call from the "service advisor" who said your brakes are less than 3 percent and for safety need to be replaced. I told them I would call them back after I talked to my husband. I looked at the paperwork and saw that the previous owners just had the brakes replaced there three months prior and called back saying if the brakes were already bad then they needed to replace them under warranty, they said they would call us back. I couldn't get to my phone so he left a message saying " IT WAS A ...OPTICAL ILLUSION" AND IT DOESN'T NEED BRAKES AFTER ALL. He then proceeded to try and sell us tires. I have the recording of him saying this and wish i could post an audio file here. I also have the estimate he emailed me stating the neccesity of getting the brakes replaced and that they were less than 3 percent! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.
