  • We have dealt with many agents in the past, but Brian North's knowledge far surpasses anyone that we have dealt with. He was able to give advice on several neighborhoods, and the development going on in the area. This provided an invaluable resource in helping us not only find the perfect home, but the perfect neighborhood. Coming from someone who works in the industry, I guarantee that you cannot find anyone more knowledgeable, personable and someone who will put your needs in front of his own. Not only was Brian fantastic to work with, but Samantha Garrison went above and beyond to help us as well. We would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Arcadia.
