  • I'm so surprised by some of these reviews. I didn't have those experiences AT ALL. TransCity was the most professional management service I have ever worked with. They were quick to answer my calls and to return them (I don't even remember ever not being able to get in touch with them, actually) and Barb is the kindest person I believe I've ever worked with. The house I rented was extraordinarily beautiful, it was well maintained and like an oasis. I could pay my rent online, which was so helpful and easy. I'm definitely going straight back to them if I ever rent in Arizona again. It was absolutely, by far, the best experience I've ever had renting a house. Highly recommend using them!
