  • I purchased a pool table from another company and called Diamondback Billiards's to relocate it from my garage to my loft and to set it up and I received excellent service. After the table was set up The gentleman realized there was a problem, but he went above and beyond to try to balance my defected product. He spent so much time to correct the problem when most would have given up. He went above and beyond to help and this is rare. I would recommend Diamondback Billiards to anyone. The next day I even received a follow up call on my service showing me that they aim to please their customers. Customer in Maricopa, AZ
