  • Spent the afternoon at the Honda dealer 7/08/17, as I was looking to replace my ancient CRV (18 yrs old!). Couldn't find the one I wanted and left to head home, but decided to check out Subaru next door. Was greeted immediately by Travis Gudknecht(? not sure how to spell!). He had just the right demeanor for me, low-key but very personable, great smile, and also very knowledgeable about the cars. We took multiple test drives in the Outback and the Forester so I could compare, not even sure how many times I repeated in each, but he was so patient. Fell in love with the Outback and can't believe how many features there are for the money. The interior is beautiful (I was a little disappointed by my beloved Hondas!) and it is so quiet and comfy. Every single person I have encountered at Subaru has been terrific, and they treat you like you're the most important customer they have ever had. I paid for the extra treatments to the paint and interior and they gave me a loaner to use days before it could be scheduled, so nothing would happen to the finish on my long commute. Had to take it back due to a little residue from the treatment, and I barely had pulled up and someone came out to greet me and find out the problem, whisked the car away and brought it back all sparkling clean. I am so impressed by the people and the customer service, and so happy we have a dealer right here in Surprise! Love my Outback!!!!!
