I knew that Tyson was a local company and wanted to give them a shot. Next time, I'll be sure to use professionals. The gentleman that came out touted his 39 years of experience, yet he was new to Tyson. Either way, $900 later with a new blower and control board. My AC was fixed.
This was in July.
Come October, it starts to get chilly and we go to turn out heat on to find it doesn't cut on. Our AC is working and is blowing out air. So I go into the attic to look at the furnace. The old control board was left mounted there and the new board was mounted right above it, wires everywhere. It was a horrible mess. I'm technologically inclined, so I noted that 120v wire wasn't even plugged into the board for heat. What? I call Tyson up for them to come clean up their mess. They said it was a separate problem and needed to be looked at.
I called Morris Jenkins instead. True professionals who fixed the issue within the same day I called and were able to see the corners cut by Tyson.
Tyson also left an annoying sticker on the outside of my house where the power goes into the outside AC unit. Who does that?
