Typical dog and pony show...
Advice for anyone looking to buy here, go somewhere else!
They sold us a vehicle that had wheel locks on it, when we realized it we called and they initially told us that we bought it as is and they might not be able to do anything about it. After speaking to the manager, they agreed to take care of it. We had to drive back out and wait several hours for them to be removed. No one had communicated with the service desk so it took several explanations to get it done. No apology for the inconvenience.
We paid cash for our vehicle, and were told we would receive our title via mail. My wife called after a few weeks to check status. At first they couldn't find anything in their queue and then after checking further they proceeded to tell us that the vehicle needed an emissions test! We had to take the vehicle back to them so they could get it tested. Here we are waiting and of course no one knows anything about it. And yet again, no apology for the inconvenience to us. The least they could do would be to offer a verbal apology or a free tank of gas or something, but considering they sold us the car with less than 1/8th of a tank of gas, I don't know why we expected more.
