  • We purchased an ECO-4 SPA from Spa World last year at the Home and Garden show at UOP stadium in March 2015 and had it installed June 1, 2015. When we bought it, they touted all the benefits of the ECO spas. About a month ago, ours quit heating and the jets did not work. I called twice and left voice mails asking for a return call. Nothing. When I called for the third time I finally got someone. This was the first time I got the run around that things have been so busy and they were just getting ready to call me. I was told the message was passed on to service and they would be calling me. Of course I didn't hear a word, so after a couple of days I called again and talked to Service. They were helpful on the phone, but told me they would have to contact ECO-SPA to see what to do. Again, no call back. After a couple of days I called and left another message. Surprise, surprise, still no response. I finally found ECO SPA on the internet and they were extremely helpful. They told me Spa World was no longer a distributor for them. The service rep from ECO SPA on the phone was with me for 1/2 hour troubleshooting and finally decided that the pump gave up the ghost. They sent me a new pump and the serviceman they designated is due here today to install it. Spa World sales staff was friendly at the sale, but their customer service and service department after the sale is non-existent. I would never purchase anything else from this place.
