  • I just moved over to this area from North Scottsdale and called this location bc I knew it would near my place. I was looking for a particular pair of Coach frames I had seen online and the guy who helped me was super nice, he found them and even put them on hold for me even though I told him I couldn't make it into the store for a few days. When I got there Kevin helped me out, and he was so nice. I tried on the frames and loved them and he was talkative and polite. He had to call another LensCrafters location to locate my prescription and was really patient when the other store had trouble locating it. All in all, I was so pleased to have a nice experience I had to write this review. I would give it five stars, but they don't keep my lenses in stock bc my prescription is so strong that I have to wait 10 days to get my new specs. Not their fault, but hey- I can't help it I'm blind! I'll definitely be hitting up this place again when I need sunglasses. They had a lot of nice Ray-Bans which I love :)
