Overall, I was disappointed. Zero Degrees was so hyped up with social media and people talking that my expectations got higher and higher. I tried their famous elote and the honey bbq popcorn chicken with strawberry horchata. The chicken was a bit cold, and sparse. The elote was good but not uhh-mazing. We got there a little while after it opened and there were already a lot of people. Half hour later, there was a constant line out the door. I'm not sure I can justify spending so much on drinks or food that I can get elsewhere for less. However, it was definitely worth a try.
Side note: my friend said, Zero Degrees in Glendale is a lot better in terms of food and drink quality!
