I highly advise getting an appointment before you come in. That's what I did and I only waited about 10 minutes. The lab was a bit cramped and there was a lot of people waiting. You kind of get the feeling that they just want you in and out, like cattle. When I first walked through the doors the lady named Rita looked at me and didn't even say hello. I came in and there was no direction on what to do. I told her that I had an appointment, and she told me to sign in like everyone else has to. From then on she was extremely rude to other customers and I don't think she should be working front desk if she is going to have that type of attitude with everybody. The test was extremely fast and I left.
