The refund as promised by Jeff hit my credit card. Again I appreciate his willingness to make this right and to better Direct Fairway's customer service.

Yesterday evening I spoke with a gentlemen named Jeff. I appreciated his professionalism and he was repeatedly apologetic about my experience with Direct Fairways.
He offered a full refund and I already received the receipt that showed my refund was executed. Full transparency: I will update my original review once I see the full refund hit my credit card.
For now I appreciate Jeff's call and his willingness to make it right.

We paid for the ad back in early August and they told us the yardage book would be printed and out to Canyon Lakes Golf Course by mid-late September. After a few follow-ups, on December 12th, 2017 they informed me that they're still waiting on some new information from the golf course and still have no target date. When I asked for a refund they stated they had a 24 hour cancellation policy. I obviously was not pleased about this.
