  • When you buy a car from these guys they put you by a computer and give you "perks" for writing good reviews when you buy the car. They give you a list of social media to review them on. I based my car buying decsion off their reviews but, realized quickly these reviews are bribes. Let me start out by saying I know my cars. I know the car industry. I work in it. My credits a little tough. Yes. Thats why I came here.... EVEN with my credit being tough I shouldnt be ripped off. I bought a 2013 dodge charger with "in house" financing that I learned my $500 a MONTH payment doesnt even get reported to the credit bureau (something we want to work towards to fix out credit if we have bad credit) I pay on time. When I bought this car I realized upon leaving the lot and getting home THEY RESET the check engine light and sold it. The reset cycled and it came back on. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY but, there was no rush to get me in when I had time. Im a single mom who works crazy hours. Apparently they "cant do anything for me " on weekends. When i had weekday time they brushed me off and said with tax time they were busy. This car REEEEEEAKKKKSSS OF GASOLINE ALL THE TIME. I HAVE two small children and support myself and them on my own. It wasnt so bad when I could roll the windows down but, its horrible. Im told now if I cant drop it off for a scheduled weekday appointment that they are always booked out far in advance for that im SOL. Kinda hard to take days off when I commute to Phoenix from Buckeye and this is my only car and I would have to PAY out of pocket for a rental car when this car was sold to me. Its not my problem. They really got me saying oh yeah its got 177k miles but it was pulled behind a trailer all its life. Bs. Besides the leaking gas issue thats not good for my health or my childrens I have replaced all the tires in this short period of time and the car still shakes when it drives. Its beyond insanity for what I pay monthly and the issues I have and had with this vehicle and it doesnt even report or count towards anything good for me. I deeply regret sending friends and family this way. I shouldnt have to fix an issue myself that they knew about and have known about or pay out of pocket and take time off work (which i cant) to fix it. With all the issues this car has had being only 5 years old it terrifies me to keep driving it. I put a hefty ammount down and pay on time as well as keep my full coverage active. I pay 650$ a month to drive an unsafe car while my kids and i inhale gas fumes since the day I drove away. Not one person cares there that they ripped me off or have this scary issue..... . Stay far away.
