  • My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and we absolutely loved it!!! We moved right as the pool was opening and it has been such a great experience. We LOVED the gym!!! The building is not new, which is a great thing because it means it was build with concrete, meaning no sound from above or next door!!! And don't let the "older" look of the building fool you, the place has been renovated and in the hallways and inside the apartment! We had a great spacious one bedroom with granite countertops and new appliances (we literally had to peel off the plastic off the stove) Stacy, Nancy, and Rosa have been nothing but great. They were very helpful during the move in and during our time there AND we got our deposit back upon move out. The location is amazing. It's close to UNLV, the strip, numerous hospitals, shops and restaurant! People often say it's the ghetto.. yes it's not the best part of town, but it's definitely not the ghetto. The price for the apartment is amazing. You get it all! If we didn't have to relocate to another state, we would have most certainly stayed longer.
