  • First I have to say I completely disagree with the 1 star reviews - the facility is great, the ENTIRE staff has been unbelievably caring and helpful with my dogs, and it's not the clinic's fault that people don't check with their insurance company to see who/what is covered and when (plans change people). Ever since Day 1 (7 weeks ago) when I came in like a hurricane with two strays I snagged off the street, they've been incredibly patient, helpful, and treated both the dogs and myself like I've been going there for years. I grew up with dogs but never had my very own so I didn't really have a clue as to what to do with two dogs that were *loaded* with ticks, no history to speak of, and both sick with tapeworm but they took the time to walk me through what each dog needed, explain what my options were, and everything. They helped the rest of the day and the next (a Friday) with boarding because I had nowhere else to take them on such short notice AND kept me updated on their status throughout both days. Since then, I obviously adopted both dogs and have been taking them to Camelback Animal Clinic for everything: meds, shots, check-ups, you name it and each time the dogs are thrilled to see everyone! I've been able to call in with random questions (many that were frantically asked and kindly answered more than once), asking to pick up more meds, had to reschedule appts a few times and they've never once made me feel like I'm a trouble patient, annoying, or not worth their time. And it wasn't just the assistant staff that have helped me, the doctor himself has scheduled appointments, processed my checkouts and more! Right as I type this, my dogs are there getting fixed. I'd normally be a complete wreck worrying about them but I know they're in the best hands with Camelback. Even though I live about 30+ min away from the clinic, I'll never take my two anywhere else. :) Thank you Camelback Animal Clinic for all of your help and taking such amazing care of Remi and Bullet!!
