  • First, let me preface this by saying the food is great and I generally enjoy eating here. But the wait time lately has been ridiculous. The last couple of times I have placed to go orders, it has taken over 30-45 minutes. Even with 6 guys working. Today I actually stopped in to place my to go order and sat there waiting for 43 minutes. This is unacceptable. And not once was I apologized to or offered a drink or a even a discount/coupon for the insane delay. In addition to my sandwich, I was grabbing one for a busy attorney in my office. He got so tired of waiting on me to bring it back that he actually went to get something else for lunch. Come on guys. They're sandwiches and they're great, but it shouldn't take that long to make them.
