  • I didn't stay here on business and I usually come to Vegas to party but don't want to stay at my sister's house cause she lives too far away from all the action. So I love it here even more because I took a quickie trip and found out everything has been renovated, remodeled, looking new, etc...the last time I was here 2 years ago there were obstacles and construction. They got rid of the semi-ok cafe and replaced it with some interesting food finds that you can pick and choose. Lots of seating options to choose from too. I will go back to try the yogurt and pizza and salads but I found the sushi was a wee bit expensive so I passed on that. I stayed in my sister's room 1961 in Mardi Gras tower last week Wednesday. I didn't use the WiFi but it was pretty simple to set the alarm clock and glad there was a charger on the nightstand next to the phone. It was a nice suite that suited my sleeping needs. There was a hot tub and separate shower with two shower heads. You could fit 5 people on the bed. Nice mini fridge to hold bottled water and snacks. Not much of a view as it overlooked to the left towards Venetian hotel and shops. Nice flat screen tv on the bathroom mirror. Overall, I love the new look of the casino and food options in the hotel lobby. The slots were also pretty loose at 2am in the morning, especially the Wizard of Oz and some starfish-pelican slot game. I don't know what that was but it sure paid nice! Whooooeeee!
