I ate here while I was at a conference this year. I sat at the noodle bar and it was very cool watching them make the noodles! Unfortunately, that was the coolest part. I got the beef brisket noodle bowl. The pieces of beef were so big I had to take them out of the bowl and cut them with a knife and fork. At first, that may seem like a good thing, but I also had to cut them in to small enough bites that I could chew on it for about 30 seconds to render the chewy fat stuck to every piece. The noodles were really good... and maybe I'm just not cultured enough to know how to eat them, lol. I was using chopsticks but the noodles were so long, I had to bite them and let them fall back into the bowl which resulted in a nice splash that spotted my dress shirt. If the noodle was short enough to slurp into my mouth, it whipped a nice stream of broth across my face to wipe off. Needless to say, it didn't even cost me any money personally because it was on my company's dime and it still gets 2 stars.
