  • I keep seeing reviews where they say this place is excellent? Really? Excellent? Come now, lets be reasonable. Its not great, not bad but "Meh." Its 3 maybe out of 5. The parking garage is reasonably clean and well lit. The front entrance is slightly impressive but perhaps its not the best place to put the pool? The staff is undermanned and at times ill-equipped to handle the detailed needs. There is NO room service? Are you kidding? So I order something and have to go down and get it? Its not a huge deal or a deal breaker but please,higher 1 or 2 persons who can just do this job and well. The menu could be a bit more creative but there are a few good healthy options for lunch and dinner. Pretty please. provide a full bar at some point and a actual bartender. Its not a bar if its attached to the check in, and they certainly arent a bartender if they cant make a simple Long Island or they are unaware of how many ice cubes to put in a double of Cutty Shark. She also opened that binder of recipies when I ordered the Long Island. Come'on man. What it lacks in views it can more than make up for on simple hospitality. Greet people by name, and make sure warm sandwiches are actually warm. Details and attention to them get 4 or 5 stars. The halls are clean and the bathroom honestly is the best part. The bed was firm but the room is very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and very spacious for such a small square footage. Please though, focus on the details and get the little things perfect, that will always make me forget the journey after work back down stairs for a bottle of wine.
