Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in any store. Yesterday I bought four pieces of this wood but I was one short. Today, when I approached the clerk, was ringing up as One cent I said no it cost around six fifty. The checkout clerk made me go back and take a picture of the price where I found the molding - the price was 6.28 - then she doubted my picture and said that they weren't the same thing. She told me that I was wrong when obviously something wasn't in the computer system correctly or had been priced incorrectly on the shelves. She also tried to charge me for two pieces of wood even though I said that I had cut the wood in the mill shop because no one came to cut it for me after a 10 minute wait. She was sure it was two pieces of wood and I said no and showed her my bad cut. Just trying to run in and run out getting the same piece of wood I got yesterday. But it took an hour and I was yelled at. Whatever happened to the customer being right?
