  • Awful customer service. A group of 3 employees were standing around the phones and I went to ask a question about a prepaid phone and they none of them would could answer me, one just stood there looking at me and the other said "I don't know". So then we went to notify the supervisor and he informed us that it says on their name tags whether they can answer questions about wireless phones. No apology no nothing. Even the cashier has horrible customer service skills. So frustrating and disappointing. Will not be coming back.
