  • Took my car in for a bumper replacement... They got it done in 4 days not bad.... Problem is when I go to pick it up bumper is not flush with fender and is scratched ... I brought this to attention of Shelby Brown... He then argued like it was my fault...could not believe the customer service I was getting and attitude..... I paid to get my car fix and it did not come back that way.... They said to take it back.... I'm unhappy with the job I hired them to do also with there customer service... Did I mention they painted over dirt on my bumper then coated it... Shelby just laughed and shrugged his shoulders.... Really....??? Customer service is everything and this he is lacking! 988.00 Out and problem is still not corrected....
