  • Try getting your records so that your insurance can pay them..... they send you bill after bill but your records that you request time and time again, yeah good luck. The NP I saw, I didn't like her unprofessional attitude, she leaned against the wall, with her legs and arms crossed and said "what are you here for today?" No shaking hands, no hi, no how are you feeling since your wreck? Nothing, I would say that this place is one of the worst places I have ever been. I work in medical, I manage an office and I can tell you that their customer service sucks bad. They didn't care one bit about my pain, they had no good answers, they didn't send me to therapy, massage or anything. I went elsewhere for a 2nd opinion, because I wouldn't trust these people here.
