  • SHANE! Such a great awesome person! I went in with my phone totally messed up. Screen was all broken and lifted from one side. So of course he looked at it and said he would have it done. But big part of my phone was that I had locked it because i kept putting in my passcode and obviously it wasn't working so idk why i even kept trying lol. Anyways so he fixed but obviously couldn't get in my phone because of the lock so I took it home, he extended my 50% off so I could go home and unlock it and bring it back if something didn't work! So exactly that I did. But unfortunately home button wasnt working on my IPhone 7 Plus. So he tried fixing it and he couldn't. So he told me look i can give you you're money back and you take it to apple to get it fixed and I'll pay the difference for you. Or I'll take it in and pay. So me trying to avoid going to apple I told him he could go. But I couldn't get into my phone still and I needed to turn off find my iPhone and so I decided to take it in. He told me just bring me the receipt and I'll give you the difference. The difference was $35 but he went out of his way and gave me $40. At the end of the day my phone was fixed, I was extremely grateful for finding Shane and his store. And you bet I'll be going back with any of my broken things! You won't regret going in! Way better then Walmart ;) Thank you so much Shane! -Adriana
