  • RYK is the best yoga studio I have ever been to. The moment I walk in I feel an instant sense of peace, healing, and tranquility. The teachers there are passionate, kind, wise, and skilled and do so much to make everyone feel welcome. The Kundalini yoga and meditation classes have tremendously improved my overall physical health and mental well being. I have been attending Cosmin's classes for over 4 years and in every class I have learned something new and valuable. I also enjoy and benefit from Carina's healing Chakra Balancing Yoga, Cristin's restorative Yin Yoga, Isa's peaceful Mindfulness Meditations, and Yanqing's challenging and energizing Kundalini classes. Another thing that makes RYK special is the sense of community. While attending classes, New Moon/Full Moon meditations, educational workshops, and fun movie nights, I have connected with so many beautiful souls and made lifelong friendships.
