  • Ryan was professional and did a quick and very good job diagnosing the problem and installing the garage door opener, he gets 5 stars there. I took away stars since they advertise a military discount but then discourage you from taking the 5%, a lousy 5% (insult to veterans), off the price. Told me I could not combine the 5% with the waiving of the diagnostic fee of $49, even though I was told $60 on the phone when I made the appointment. Ryan had no price sheets and I felt he was quoting his own prices. Was charged $147 to install the opener, they would not price match the price of $125 from Home Depot, Ryan stated that Home Depot uses cheap contractors. I agreed to the price because I was pressed on time. I asked about replacing the garage springs and was told $400 plus for the cheap ones and over $600 for the better ones. I will definitely do my research before considering using this company again, seems a bit much for springs.
