  • Things started bad in the morning. They told us that they'll pick us up at the hotel around 6:45am. I waited in the lobby of my hotel for about 30 min but no one showed. When I called the place up they said I missed the pickup so I had to take a cab going to the place. I thought it was my fault...maybe I did miss it but when they dropped us off at our hotel it was the wrong hotel. Then I realized I didn't make the mistake they did. I called the place up and talked to Paul (who didn't want to tell me his last name) he is supposedly the manager but he kept hanging up on us. Needless to say our issue was not resolved and I would not recommend anyone to use their services! Horrible customer service! There are better options...I would go there instead!
