  • STAY AWAY FROM EOS GYM! my husband was paying 20$ a month with no contract. He decided to sign up for personal trainer. After a month we realized we are just to busy for the trainer. Come to find out we are being charged 135$ plus 75$ for an "upgraded training" and also the 20$ for the actual gym. After 2 months of trying to stop the charges they finally told us my husband signed a year contract and he chose to do the 75$ upgrade....?!?!?!? Wow this is news to him! He recalls the trainer acting really weird when they were signing paperwork. So apparently when my hubby was signing the liability waiver, while the computer was facing the trainer not my husband, my husband signed a year contract plus a 75$ upgrade lol... Best part I talked to the manager and they offer 4months, 6months or 12month contact and just so happens my husband "picked" the year... Haha no you mean the trainer picked the year contract. Even better after these managers are learning they have a shady trainer on their hands they still have no intention of making anything right so now were stuck paying almost $300 a month for the next year! I understand my husbands at fault for signing that, but we are being taken advantage of! He intentionally withholding information from us. I wonder if these people would rather cancel my contract or have me raise hell and shit on them for the next year? Their choice. Also curious if this is how they tell the trainer's to rob people? Best bet I Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. And all the people that I reached out to that have had the same issues I will make sure they come to yelp to share their bad experience.
