  • I was very excited when Guy Fieri finally opened a restaurant in Las Vegas. It took me a few months to get there, but I finally did. We were seated very quickly and the waitress got to us the moment we were seated. I ordered a beer and my wife ordered a soda. It did take a long time to get our drinks. I had to ask about my beer a second time. I did cut them some slack because of how busy they were and it appeared they were a bit short staffed. The place has a simple decor. But it does not stand out as anything special. It is just pleasant, nothing more. Guy has put out an eclectic menu here. It is only two pages, so not a huge selection, but it is a pleasant selection consisting of Salad's, Wings, Burgers, BBQ, Fries and desserts. I had a chili bowl. The taste was pretty good, but for the price I expected a little bit more. I think Guy's is a good place to give a try. I may or may not go back myself.
