  • I wish I had read these reviews before we purchased from Tasco. We were doing a kitchen reno, and purchased all high end appliances. The sales person was great, and we were very happy, UNTIL it came time for installation. What a nightmare. We paid a significant amount of money for a proper install, only to have nothing but issues. They had to come back several times, and in the end, we had to pay our contractor extra for what Tasco should have done. They left us with a washing machine where the water source was not turned on, an oven that did not work, and was held in with only a couple of screws - the rest just had the empty screw holes, and most dangerously, a heavy wall hood held in by 3 screws, one of which was not even in a stud. I wish I had some recourse, but they took my money for installation, and don't seem to care that the job wasn't done. I would never go back, nor would I recommend Tasco to anyone. Had I had a proper install (and how hard is it to ensure your installers are trained and professional?) then I would have given the place 4-5 stars...
