  • After a long trip my car engine was overheating upon start up. The problem persisted, eventually causing the check engine light to come on, so I brought it to Family Auto Care. I dropped my car off late afternoon to Joshua. Joshua gave me a call later that day and asked if he could keep the car for the night and run several tests, top of my coolant, and perform a diagnostic. The next morning he called and informed me that he couldn't find a real problem, and that it was probably reacting to low coolant or the long drive. When I arrived to the shop he outlined everything he did and even showed me the sensed "codes" that caused my check engine, trac off, and vsc lights to come on. After describing all of this he handed me the keys at no cost! Incredible! Josh definitely earned a whole family of new customers! :)
