Very busy spring training evening. Minimal wait and our server was engaging and friendly. However, our order 'got lost' and we had to complain to get our food. No offer by management to rectify situation. Half of our order obviously sat under a heat lamp and was soggy by the time it was brought to the table. Even when the freshly prepared food arrived it was not very good. It is 'chain restaurant' prepared food, I expected that, but next time I will find a local BBQ'er when I want BBQ. The best part of Famous Daves is the homemade chips (at least that is what they call them) and the BBQ Sauce they serve as an appetizer while waiting for food. Little did I know that I would wait so long.
