  • I took my phone in to have a cracked display replaced. Upon returning to pick up my phone, I was told that there was water damage so they weren't able to replace the screen. I then tried to power my phone on and it wouldn't power up. The team member that I was working with took it back to the guy who had worked on it and they were able to locate a small wire that they broke during the removal of the cracked screen. They ended up giving me a replacement phone at the price of a screen replacement. I've very happy with Apple and their willingness to accept their mistake and make it right. This is why I only use Apple products!!
