So I decided to try out this lovely place. It's very nice when you walk in. It has nice wooden chairs and tables and the vibe is relaxed. So I was greeted promptly by this lovely young lady. I was seated and started browsing the menu. I saw they have vegetarian dishes plus most of their dishes you can actually not include the meat and they would be just as delectable. I ordered the Yuca root starter and then had a vegetable dish with rice. Let's start off with the Yuca dish. This was a yummy surprise. They're like large french fries. But you know how sometimes french fries could even be messed up. These lovely treats we're cooked to perfection. They were crispy on the outside and have this nice softer texture in the middle and just have this dipping sauce that that I have to say I gobbled up. I would literally eat those all day. So I'm already in a good mood after trying those lovely things. then my plate of food came with steam coming off of it and a mound of cooked veggies with potatoes, carrots, peas, onions, cilantro, everything and had this sauce on it and on the side a Mound of rice. I wasn't sure it could get better then the yuca. But did it ever. That plate of food changed me. I wanted to dive in the plate and just live there for a while. It's so good that even though you're full your mouth is saying please keep putting that in me. I don't know if they hired Wolfgang Puck for the day to cook back there. But hats off to the chef. Also to the owner for putting this place where I was allowed to eat it. I'm a bit selfish I only want it for me. Mi Peru you get two thumbs way the heck up and the never heard of "STEP OFF WERE THE BEST" award. Your Chef needs to drop the mic after that one. Thank you for lunch!
