  • Scammers! Worse experience ever! First off they cancelled all the air fairs straight to Culiacan Sinaloa Mexico. Now you have to make a connection, which adds several hours more to the trip, making it extremely inconvenient. I had to go all the way to Mexico City and make the connection to get to Sinaloa. When I arrived to Mexico City to get my ticket they told me they sold it !! I had bought my tickets 3months in advance, how is that possible. I'm not the type to stay quite so I made a scene!!! I had to wait until every1 boarded the plane, and then the flight attendant with an attitude checked to see if they had extra seats . Luckily ppl got there late so they gave me my seats back Unacceptable !
