This mall has the best selection in all of Las Vegas, and includes the best brands. If you shop early in the day 9-11am you will find parking and no crowds whatsoever. Keep in mind while it has outlet in the name... That does not mean it is heavily discounted or last seasons odds and ends. So make sure you ask what is "made for outlet" and what is from the mainline retail stores. Unfortunately most of what you will find is "made for outlet" product lines. There are still some stores that carry current season items just at a discount so don't be afraid to ask.
Bring snacks, there is not much for food here, and food court lines can be long. Bring an umbrella in the heat of summer as there is no shade.
As a local in Las Vegas I don't shop here often as it has the worst parking in town and any prospective savings can be lost in the cab ride to the center for quick trips. If you are not trying to park you have no worries, but on both weekdays and weekends I have encountered closed parking garages. Hopefully there is a plan to increase parking as the center is huge and hiking from the main South garage to Cheesecake Factory in the summer heat is a hike and quite miserable.
This review could easily be a 5 if there was parking, and shade, and an improved food court. But it's just a great outlet store selection (J. Crew, Tag Heuer, Citizen, Dolce and Gabbana) that keeps us coming back. But do shop early if you want a place to park.
