| - I wrote one review for this dental office but now I want to write another one. Dr Schaeffer and her entire staff are the best dental office you will find anywhere. I'm pretty sure of that. I have referred my entire family. I originally went to Sundance Dental because of reviews that said she had worked with autistic children. My 89 year old mother was having trouble with her dentures which her old dental office seemed unable to fix or even to care about very much. Dr. Schaeffer could see the problem right away and even though my mother was not much help in figuring it all out, Dr. Schaeffer remained loving and attentive and thorough until the issue was resolved properly. Her dentures became one small item that was not a torment to her in her last year here on earth and for that I will be eternally grateful.
She was so good with my mom that I went to see her. Then my husband. Then my sister in law. Then my son. Then my daughter and my grandchildren. She has dealt with dentures, TMJ issues, tooth extractions, infections, tooth sensitivity, bite misalignment, two bridges, and soon an implant. Not to mention just routine cleanings by an amazing oral hygienist. She has treated all the way from 90 years old to 6 years old just in my family and everybody walked away with their dental issues resolved. They weren't all easy resolutions either. She refers you to other wonderful doctors when you need other professional care also.
Her staff is equally amazing. The office manager (Frank who also happens to be her husband) as well as the front desk ladies all are kind, friendly, smiling, helpful and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They work with you and always treat you like they are happy to see you - every time. No one is every cranky. No one is incompetent. Every person in that office is friendly, helpful and professional in their contribution to your dental health and all the other areas that can be affected by dental issues.
Also - they do the work they truly believe you need and they help you prioritize what needs to be done first and what you can do if money is an issue. They give you your options, make their recommendations and then let you decide what is best for you given your entire situation. It's pretty awesome and amazing. I feel blessed to have found this office - Dr Schaeffer and her entire staff. I see that Dr Schaeffer reads these so let me say - Thank You for all you have done for me and for my family. I very much appreciate the special environment you have created at Sundance Dental.
