This place is great! Yummy food and healthier than eating meat. Notice that I did not claim that it's automatically healthy food, just that it's healthier than eating lots of red meat. And it's a definite bonus that the food tastes great. (And it is a bit healthier) And they have a great assortment of foods on the menu to choose from. The staff is super friendly and helpful and willing to walk new vegetarians or people who are just trying out the Weekday Vegetarian thing out for the first time through it. They have 6 different kinds of faux meat, and all of them are good. Try bringing some home to the nonvegan in your life- let them try it, ask them how they liked it, and THEN tell em it was vegan- they'll be shocked!
