  • I've never used a carpet cleaning company before so I don't know if they're ALL like this but I hope not. The first thing the tech did was try to sell me a package $300 more than what I'd asked for. When I declined, he said he could do a more complete job with special sanitizers and cleaners for $99 cash - off the books with no receipt. I foolishly accepted and feel like I've been scammed because the results were pretty bad. I won't mention the 1-hour it took to get his faulty equipment to work...not his fault, but let this serve as a warning about this company.
