Visited last night for happy hour with a friend. Upon arrival we stood at the hostess desk for a little while before being noticed. Once noticed, the hostess told us to go find a seat and that she would follow us to the table. Seemed a bit informal.
The good: The location is great, right in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale at the Canal. The patio is a place to sit and people watch. The food was good but not as great as I had expected.
The bad: Service! The arrival experience was disappointing. Table service was mediocre at best. It was not service with a smile.
I would give this a four star for location, food and ambiance, but second-rate service is inexcusable.
