  • Very unprofessional. I hired XIS for my wedding in 2015. First of all, they won't call me back. After weeks of trying to get them to reply to me, I finally emailed them. The video quality is not the best. You could tell they sat the video camera down and left it. He twirled the camera around randomly and didn't keep people in focus. My brother's head was cut off. Some moments were missed. (Also did my photography) We don't have photos walking in as husband and wife for the first time. We also didn't have photos walking out at the end when everyone held sparklers up. They had to get still frames from the video, after we told them. The first CD they gave me had serious audio issues, clearly they didn't watch it before sending it. They had to fix it and send another one. The price I paid was $500, including editing. They state on their website $400 for a three hour reception without editing. Then when I asked for unedited clips, they asked for $800 more. They said they gave us a 2,000 discount and wanted us to pay it in full for the unedited clips. Once I brought up the price on their website, they told me not to contact them again. I haven't received any unedited clips. I was more than willing to pay for the clips but the price was more than the photo and video package alone! Still no phone call through all of this. It's very childish.
