If there was a zero stars, we would have chosen it. This course is in awful condition. We paid $69 as locals and could play either Reflection Bay or Chimera for less ($55). Both courses are in excellent condition. Black Mountain fairways are more like rough and the rough is worse. This course is not being properly watered or cared for ... it looks like this has been the case for several years. Cart paths are crumbling and no one seems to care to pick up the pieces, or trim plants or anything else except cut the grass. Greens are like ice ... cut much too short and will be very dry as soon as the heat hits. Course was busy but no marshalls ... as a result very slow players ahead of us in a 3some made for a very slow front 9. Trust me ... this is a really bad place to golf and there are much much better options in the Henderson area. The ONLY upside is that proshop and restaurant staff were very friendly.
